Let nüu’s AI Handle It for You

If you’ve ever tried to bring food into an office, you know how much time is wasted juggling menu options, sourcing headcount, confirming orders, and ensuring everyone’s food shows up hot, fresh and labeled, you know that traditional office catering often is a waste of time, and the whole process ought to unify people, but many times becomes a coordination nightmare.

This is where nüu catering comes in.

At nüu, we think food is more than an afternoon necessity; it’s a moment we can share, to connect, have a laugh, and recharge. None of this can happen if you’re stuck in an endless hyperloop with vendors. Our platform helps simplify office catering by employing smart automation, so you can focus on what really matters: your team.

The Problem with Traditional Office Catering

Every office manager knows the drill. You spend a week emailing teammates for preferences, making spreadsheets of dietary restrictions, contacting restaurants, juggling invoices, and then—when the food finally arrives—someone’s lunch is missing, or the vegan salad ends up with grilled chicken.

It’s frustrating. It’s inefficient. And it takes you away from the purpose of catering in the first place: to nourish people and culture.

What Makes nüu Different

We’ve reimagined catering from the ground up, blending AI-powered ordering with a human-first experience. Here’s how:

1. Smart Group Ordering

One person starts the order choosing a restaurant and adding a price limit per team member. Everyone else just clicks the link. Each team member selects their own meal from a curated menu based on their office preferences. Meals are individually labeled, diet-tagged, and delivered as one tidy order.

2. No More Email Chains

No more chasing down preferences or sending reminder emails. nüu handles the coordination automatically. Every team member receives an email notification that they are added to a team basket for an upcoming office event, they click on the link and are directed to the restaurant link where they add an individual item to cart. After all team members add to cart, the basket creator is notified and they are able to easily checkout and place a group order.

3. Flexible for Any Occasion

From casual Friday lunches and recurring meal plans to client meetings or celebration feasts—our system adapts to your schedule and scale. Whether you’re a 10-person startup or a 300-person enterprise, we’ve got you.

4. Top Local Partners

We partner with top-rated restaurants across Toronto, offering variety, freshness, and quality that your team will genuinely look forward to. From international cuisines to comfort foods, you’ll never run out of options.

AI That Understands Teams

What sets nüu apart is more than just automation. It’s intelligent automation. Our AI learns from previous orders to suggest better experiences each time. If your team always goes heavy on vegetarian options or loves Thai on Wednesdays, our system will recommend menus accordingly.

It’s not just about convenience. It’s about building a catering rhythm that feels personalized and inclusive.

Built for Toronto’s Fast-Paced Work Culture
